Individual Counselling

My current fee for individual counselling is $140 per one-hour appointment (based on the guidelines of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors). I offer a free consultation call to potential clients, so you can decide if we’re a good fit first. Book your initial consultation here!

If you have private insurance, ask your provider if they reimburse counselling services provided by a “Registered Clinical Counsellor” (RCC) in British Columbia.
